So I recently just got these Evans E-Mad drum heads for the kicks and
_ These heads are pretty fucking nifty.

_ _ So when I got these heads, I was really excited so of course I took a picture of them
You know, I put them on Instagram and Facebook that you know that stuff
Then I saw a whole bunch of comments of kids [F] saying oh man
You can't use triggers with those drum heads the padding gets in the way
You can't even get the trigger on there
And even if you do get it on there, you have to cut a hole in the padding so the trigger can actually trigger
_ _ _ _ _ So my first thoughts on this were well
That doesn't even matter to me because I use these axis triggers that they don't even touch the head
They're just on the pedal.
_ _ Then I had a second thought I said fuck it.
Let's do some drumming myth busters _
So I got out my Roland sensor kick triggers _
And I attached them right on top of that padding.
[Bb] _ Oh
Man, there's no way that's gonna trigger right?
Yeah

[Fm] _ What?

Oh my god
_ _ How is that possible
_ _ _ It even works with my finger
_ _ _ Well, there you have it folks
So if you're one of those kids who [C] said that the Evans E-Mad kick head does not work with sensor triggers
You can suck on that one _ _

I'm just gonna leave these triggers on and play my next drum video with them because you know what they are working just fine _
