[A#m] [D#m] [B]
[F#] But, [G#m] look what you've done to me
[F#] Never thought I'd forget [B] you so easily
[C#] That [F#] [N] clip, of course, was Urban Cowboy.
[G#] You know, I've been fortunate to have been asked to work on a lot of films,
and it's kind of hard work.
Sometimes you're presented with this blank [N] canvas,
and the action on screen is, well, it's kind of uninspiring, to say the least.
So, have a look at what I'm talking about.
Just look at this scene with no music.
Lights the candles, beautiful, romantic.
Here comes the walk.
Watch this.
John Travolta, incredible actor, but try to put music to that walk.
That was very difficult.
But, you'll see a little later on how it works with the music,
because the guy that I got to write that song with, who sang it, who had a big hit with it,
and to this day, when somebody asks me what's my favorite song that I've ever written, co-written, produced, been a part of,
this is always my answer.
This guy's a legend.
He's unbelievable.
Please welcome my friend, Boz Skaggs.
Oh, yeah.
Let's hear it.
[F] [D#m] [B]
[C#] [D#m] Hoping never [A#m] end this song
[D#m] This could take us all [A#m] night long
[F#m] [A] I look at the moon and I [C#m] feel blue
[A] Then I looked again [C#m] and I saw [B] you
[C#] [D#m] Eyes like fire [A#m] in the night
[D#m] Visions burning [A#m] with the light
[A] Now I'll have to spend the whole [C#m] night through
And [F#m] honey, yes, I'm gonna spend it all [C#m] on you
[F#]
[C#] Love, [F#]
who [G#m] would you dance with
[F#] Never thought I'd fall [B] again so easily
[C#] [F#] Oh, love, [G#m] you wouldn't mind me
[F#] Leading me to feel [B] this [C#] way
[A#] [D#m]
[B] [G#] [F#]
[G#m] [C#] [B] [D#m]
[B] [D#m] Let my faith be turned [A#m] to stone
[D#m] Let's get crazy [A#m] all along
[C#] [F#m] Take me out your stair into [C#m] the dark
[F#m] Take me where we don't [C#m] care [F#] anymore
[B] [C#] Love, [B] [F#] [G#m] who would you dance with
[A#m] Lead me to feel [B] this way
[F#] [G#m] Let me dance [A#m] with you
[B] [C#]
[D] [D#m] [F#] [Bm]

[N] You know, Boz, writing with you was a big moment for me.
I don't know if you remember when we wrote that song,
how the story goes, but
I do remember, Dave.
It's quite
It's one of my favorite stories.
We were in the studio one afternoon
and got a mysterious call from Paramount Studios.
So they asked if we could,
if we'd like to write the theme to this scene,
and we were thrilled,
and they said, great, fellas.
Now, we're gonna shoot this scene tomorrow,
and it's shooting in Houston.
We were in L.A. at the time.
And they said, if you could just finish that thing up,
we could get it on the courier plane,
which leaves at 10 a.m. in the morning.
We got it done, though, in 12 hours, stayed up all night.
That was before e-mail, before you could send a song,
and it got on that courier,
and it was, thankfully for me, one
