[F] I'm Bucky Pizzarelli.
[A#] [G#]
I studied with my [A#m] uncles.
[G#] They both played [G#] banjo and they told [A] me, they [F] gave me a few lessons on a banjo.
[Gm] They said, you better switch [C] your guitar.
[Cm] [G] And [A#m] I did.

And every [Dm] time I recorded down in Webster Hall, [N] it was close by, I'd go to see him.
[Bm] Well, I used to go down to his place [F#] on Kenmare.
[E] And there were only a few guitars down there because every time he made one, it was sold,
you know.
[G#m]
But he was [B] some maker, I'll tell you.
I never met anybody [A] make a guitar [F#] like he did.
[A]
[F#m] Well, Les Paul came over to the house [B] one day and [F#m] I

[G#] But he [F#] wanted to give me two guitars for [F#m] it.
[G#] I said, two electric guitars.
I said, [Am] no way.
[G#m] The [A] Angelico, I mean, it's really [F#] one of the great American [B] inventions, [F#m]
for [B] lack of a better word.
It [E]
is something that you [B] always needed, but [E] nobody ever [C#] thought of it, you know what I mean?
