CLIFFS OF DOVER - Eric Johnson | Guitar Cover by Sophie Burrell chords
Start Jamming...
Hey guys, I am unbelievably excited to bring you today's cover.
I spent an entire month [G] learning it
so I really hope that you enjoy it and I hope it's worth it.
Just [Am] before I do though I want to say a
really big thank you to Hit & Mix for making this video possible.
I used Hit & [C] Mix's RipX to create
the backing track for [F] today's cover.
RipX is [Fm] the most incredible app, that [Am] is literally not an
exaggeration I promise you, it has so many features and it is an absolute must-have for any musician.
Its six-stem AI separation allows you to isolate and remove instruments and vocals from any song.
What's unique about RipX is you can actually see the individual notes of each instrument and layer
on the screen.
The visual representation of each note really helps you to understand the timing and
articulation of the music.
Within the app you're also able to change the key, tempo, add effects
to each instrument.
You can [E] change instruments into [G] other instruments, for example you could
turn a [Am] vocal into a trumpet if you wanted to, which is mad.
You can re-record parts, quantize, pitch to [F] scale,
add vibratos, harmonies and more.
And when you're all done you can export your track as WAV or MIDI.
[Am] So the way in which I used [Em] the software is I got an mp3 of Cliffs of Dover, I dropped it into [Am] RipX
and I muted all of the layers apart from the drums and the bass to get me a backing track.
I can
genuinely say I was so impressed, the rip itself came out crystal clear which I love.
If you'd like
to find [F] out more about RipX head to the links in my description.
