It's a pretty weird place to record, it definitely has a vibe.
We've been [A] playing with stuff [Em] showing on the [C] screen half the time, stuff just for the fun of it.
[G] It's just an atmospheric thing, it's quite different than a normal
[Em] recording studio just
by how you [C] respond to the place you are.
We've been up here five weeks, which is [G]
different than my last [E] record which was five months.
[G] We've done, [C] there's going to be 14 [G] tunes on this.
They're all pretty short, [D] like three minutes long.
[C] I really produced it myself with the drummer, [G] Dougie Bowne, who I've worked with for a while,
he's an amazing musician.
[D] And Mark Howard who [C] engineered my first record.

This [F] Terry Incognito [C] is kind of beyond my last two records, it's a little bit personable

last one.

[Em] I've played more electric [Cm] guitar on [D#] this new one than my first [C] one, but it's [Em] not really
in between the two records, it's more [C] like the next phase [G] for me.

I have to admit to the [E] guitar, I love playing it, I think the music I [Am] grew up on, you know
when I was a kid, or that my parents listened to in the 60s and stuff, it was [E] pretty guitar,
it was sort of the icon [C] [E] of rock and roll and stuff.
But [Am] really, I've learned to [E] play writing songs, and I still think in a way like guitar is
my personal problem.

like [A] love without fears, and it's sort of explained in the last [C#] bridge of the tune,

and it's all gun [D] metaphors, [E] like very urgent, [Bm] but like [A] really direct.
