[E] [D]
[N] To play Canon Rock Rhythm, start with a D power chord on the 5th fret of the A string.
Play this [A] like this.
[F#] So three down strokes.
Then after that, I use my pinky to [E] slide from the 8th fret of the B string to the 7th fret
on the B string, [F#] [E] followed by two more D notes on the A string here.
So it would sound [D] like this.
[E] Next [D#] is an A power chord.
And do the [A] same thing.
So on the B string now, we're going to hammer on from the 5th fret to the 7th fret, followed
by two open A strings.
So that would be
[C] So together now we have D and A.
[D]
[A] [C] Now we're going to go on to the B power chord, 2nd fret of the A string.
And I'm going to [B] go
And now I use the middle finger to hit the 2nd fret of the B string, [C#] [Fm] followed by 2nd
fret of the [B] A string, and 3rd [E] fret of the B string, [Dm]
[B] 2nd fret of the A string.
[C#] [Bm]
[C#] [Bm]
[E] And [D] now I move [F#] on to the F sharp power chord on the [E] 2nd fret of the low E string.
That goes like [C#] this.
[E] [C#] [E] So that'll be two F [C#] sharps, [E] then two low E strings, [A] [C#] two F sharps.
[Bm] Actually, [C#m] three F sharps at the start.
[C#] B, [Bm] F sharp.
[N] Now we're on to the G power chord, 3rd fret of the low E string.
We're going to play four of these, like this.
[G]
[D] And then [A] the middle finger is going to go to the 5th fret [D] of the D string, and the index
finger is going to go to the 4th fret of the G [C] string.
This [E] is a G major up an octave.
I'm going to slide this forward two [Em] frets, [A]
and [E] then land in a D [F#]
power chord on the 5th
fret of the A string.
[D]
So that would be like this.
[G]
[Em] [C#m]
[D] [A] One more [G] time.
[E]
[C] After this now, we're going to go 8-7-5 on the B [G] string, [E]
and then 7 on the G string.
Now back to the G power chord, [G]
[D] and then [E] slide from the 4th fret to the 6th fret on the G
[D#] string, then do a pull-off [D#m] between the 7th fret and the 6th [C#] fret.
[G] [C#]
[B] And [E] then [D#] play an A power [A] chord, slide from [A#] the 6th fret to the 7th fret, and do a pull-off
between 9 and 7 [E] on the G string.
[A]
[E] So that would be, [C#m]
[E] so all together now we [D] have
[A] [Bm] [C#]
[D] [G#m]
[D] [G#] [A]
[D] [N]
