Very beautiful song.
The song is in B flat.
So I'll play the melody first.

All right, so let's give you the first chord.
The [Bb] first chord is a B flat ad nine.
So that's F, B flat, C, D.
With D flat in the bass.
[F] Go down to an A,
with an F major chord ad nine.
That's [G] F, [F] G, A, C.
[Dm] _ A D augmented.
[D] That's D in the bass with G flat, B flat, [Bb] C, and F.
You can also add a D in there for extra. _
[C] Then you go to a C major [E] chord with E in the bass.
This is an inverted C, second inversion.
That's [C] G, C, and E.
_ [Gb] Go up to a G flat, and this is a F sharp diminished seven.
So that's F [Am] sharp in the left with A, C, B flat, G flat.

What I do is I add a C in [Bb] there.
So that's B flat, D, and F, and I add [G] an extra C.
Go to G in the bass, B flat.
[F] Then you hit an E flat in the bass
[Abm] with an F major chord, second inversion.

You feel that little warp?
So that's F, G, A flat.
When you hit the A flat, this is a D diminished seven,
flat five, and that's D in the bass with C, F, and A flat.
