Welcome to another video by VA Music Ministry.
Today we're going to be [C] focusing on chords and progressions related to Bread of Heaven.
It's by Fred Hammons.
It's in the key of E flat.
Let's go ahead and get started.
E flat is the [F] one.
F is the [G] two.
G [Ab] is the three.
A flat is the [Bb] four.
B flat is the [C] five.
C [G] is the six.
D is [Eb] the seven.
Back in E flat, either with the eight or you can say the one.
[Cm] [Eb]
Alright.
First thing, I want to talk [E] about some of the things I got layered.
I [Dbm] got a power grand.
I got some type of [Ab] little synth, kind of like an atmosphere sound.
[C] [Eb]
Parodies.
It's called parodies.
And I got an ensemble mix of strings.
And then I got a ballad EP for the electric piano.
Ballad EP on the electric piano.
So I got those mixed in together on the motif.
It just gives it that worship sound.
[F]
[Gm]
[F] So the first chord, we're going to start off on the [Eb] one.
E flat, B flat, right hand.
E flat, F, G, B flat.
You're going to roll that F to the G.
And that's the melody line.
[Dm] So the [Eb] melody is G, E [F] flat, F.
[Eb] So that's why I'm rolling that F to the G.
So G, [F] E flat, F is the melody line.
So you can play it like this.
[Eb] You can [Gm] play it like this if you want, fatten it up.
Left hand, E flat, right hand.
F and G, B flat, D, G.
Play it like this.
If you don't like stretching that, [Eb] you can play E flat, F, G.
And your right [Gm] hand will be B flat, D, and G.
Or you can just [Eb] play it like this.
D, F, G, and B flat.
Roll the F to the G so that G is sticking out.
And a lot of times I'm doing B flat first.
