[F] Hello, this is Bishop Clarence E.
[D] McClendon, Senior Pastor of the Church of the Harvest
here in Los Angeles, California.
[Gm] And I'm [F] excited about being able to share with you today a [Bb] life-changing experience with God.
[F] Now you say, how do you know it's [C] going to be life-changing?
[F] Because it was life-changing for all of those of us who experienced [C] it live here [F] in Los Angeles.
On Friday night of our annual Harvest Fire Conference, we had the privilege for the first
time of capturing [Bb] live in conjunction with the good people at [F] Integrity Music, the [D] praise,
the worship, and the celebration that is [C] indicative [F] of the worship [Bb] services here at the Church
of the Harvest.
What you are about [C] to experience is [F] the manifest presence of God.
Praise and worship is a key to releasing God's presence among His people.
And the presence of God is a vitally important thing for God's people [Bb] to experience.
In the Old Testament, in the book of Exodus, there is the story [C] told of Moses as he was
leading the [G] children of Israel out of Egypt into the promised land of [Dm] Canaan.
If you know anything about that story, you know that there was a [Bb] period of time when
Moses went up [F] to get the Ten Commandments and Aaron, his brother, [Bb] was tricked by the
people [F] into building a golden calf.
The Bible declares that when God saw that, he was very angry and [C] Moses pleaded with God
that he would not destroy the people, but that he would perform his word and keep his
word to bring them into the promised land.
God responded to Moses and said, [Dm] well, listen, I'm not going to go [Gm] with you because you're
a stiff-necked people.
[F] He said, but I'll send an angel before you.
To which [Bb] Moses replied, now listen to this, Moses said, Lord, if your [C] presence does not
go [F] with us, don't take us any further.
For wherein [D] shall we be distinguished from all the other people on the face of the earth?
If it [G] is not that your presence goes with us.
[F] It is the presence of God that [Bb] distinguishes [Gm] God's people [F] from all the other people on
the [D] face of the earth.
And it is important [C] that God's people experience [Gm] his tangible, [F] manifest [D] presence.
[Fm] That's what's going to happen [Db] to you today.
The presence of God [Fm] is going to invade your [Eb] life, your home, whatever you are.
I want you to enjoy.
Enter in with us.
Worship, [Fm] praise, dance if you need to.
[Db] Cry if you have to.
