the wall of the city shall [Eb] fall down flat.

Surrounded by walls so [Bm] thick that chariots raced on top.
[B] With ladders, catapults, and spearheads readied, [Em] and blazing in the sun, the [E] armies of Israel
stood ready [Bm] for commands [E] of war to come.
_ [Em] For thirty-nine years [Gbm] Joshua was trained [Em] under Moses' righteous hand.
And it was Joshua who [D] led nearly three million Israelites [Em] into the promised land.
_ Now Moses was dead, and [Bm] the real test came.
Could he [Em] simply follow God's word and do something that to the [D] natural mind would be utterly absurd?
Without [Eb] Moses to ask advice of, or [Gb] an advisory committee, [A] God said, the walls will fall.
[C] Just tell them, Shout, for I have given you a city.

Now God [Cm] was putting in operation a principle of war.
Sitting at [Cm] our disposal weaponry that drops [Bb] demons to the floor.
Something [Cm] with tremendous power that [Bb] assassinates fear and doubt.
It's the high praises of victory unleashed by a shout.
When David played his songs of praise, demons fled from Saul.
[Cm] As Paul and Silas worshipped God, the [Bb] chains began to fall.
It lifts us above the circumstance, lets [Bb] God's power flow.
[Cm] The shout of victory binds the devil with [Bb] chains that won't let go.
[Eb] So with the confidence of [Gb] warring angels, Israel stood [Db] stone ready to obey Joshua, [Gb] speak
to their [Ebm] mountain, and shout, for [A] God was giving them the city.

_ [Gbm] _ _ _ [E] _ Six days they [A] marched around Jericho, and the last day they marched seven.
While the [E] Canaanites jeered from [F] their evil walls, Israel's faith reached [G] heaven.
Before any [B] manifestation, with every brick still in place.
_ Eyeball to eyeball, they looked fear dead in its face.
[D] They [E] didn't wait to feel some earthquake, or [B] to see a lightning flash.
They didn't [Am] need to hear a theatrical rumble, or a mind-blowing crash.
[E] They prepared their souls for [B] victory.
Now it's [Fm] God's turn.
_ [E] They screamed their lungs out, [C] simply because they believed [B] God's word was true.
[Bb] _ _ So, [Eb] with the high [Db] praises of God in their mouths, [Bbm] came a massive, there came a [A] volcanic sound.
And Israel [Gbm] shouted in victory, [A] and they shouted in [F] faith.

_ [Cm] Now how many know the anointing breaks the yokes of the [C] bondages of sin?
_ Sin can't survive in the anointed, moving, spontaneous praise of man.
[F] The devil's torment at synchronous can't function when we worship, and when we pray.
Because the church of the living God is still alive and well today.
Now how many here within the sound of my voice are not ashamed of the gospel of Christ?
[Cm] You ready to tear down walls that have held you captive tonight?
[Gb] You sick and tired of being down and out, and you want to be up and coming?
_ You ready to ransack the kingdom of darkness and send some devils running?
