[A] The [D] Justice,
[F#m] [G] George L, 10-1, [A] 10 Onyx of course, [D]
Peterson, Rack, Strobo Rack, [G]
and the Digby
Plan [D] on the [A] iPad.
[D]
I'm going to be recording on the Tascam tonight here, the little pocket thing.
And the [G] Steel Mixer by Mark Dunn, in its little flight [A] case, with a hilt and pedal.
[G] Remember what it does?
[Bm]
[F#] [Bm] Boss DD-2 on there, [C#m] [G] Boss RV-5, power [A] supply, hilt and pedal, [Bm] and the remote leg controller,
which switches between [A] post, pre-reverb, adjust the levels, [D] [G] delay of course, and you've got
[Em] switching modes at the bottom there, a bit out of focus.
[A] Switching modes for those, [F#m] plus a dobro effect on two, all built in, the Steel Mixer by Mark Dunn.
So I [Em] fancy using that tonight, [G] and John's going to come over, we're going to do a Shadow
song I think.
[Em] So I'll record [A] John with that in front of his Steel King [A] amp, that's a Studio [G] Projects C-1.
[A] I've had it for years, they still only cost about £185 [D] or dollars, [F#m] and they [Bm] perform [F#m] like
a thousand dollar [G] microphone easy.
[A] Honestly, if you want a mic, it does [C#m] need phantom power, but [D] most desks have got that.
If you want to hear [A] and mic anything up [G] acoustically, voices or amps, [C#] because you've got your db
gains on the back switchable, [D] make sure you've got a quiet room, because that will pick up
the birds outside.
The most fantastic [B] mic ever.
And who have we got there?
Ah, we have of course, the [A#] Time Jumpers, all fine.
[F] [A#] They must come over, I'll see them again.
Just showing [F] you around the studio, [A#] I've got my daughter's electronic drum kit in here
at the moment.
I monitor [D#] through very loud speakers, that's [A#] why I'm always deaf.
Martin Audio, with a 2kW amp.
[F] They will [A#] rattle any dance room without bass bins.
[D#] Ah, [F] [A#] my remote control helicopter.
[B] Setting things up here, [D] here's the steel mixer.
Just lift [G] it out in one go like that.
You can see me that is.
Oh yeah, I think you can.
So it's all on a board, [C]
as [G] described earlier.
[C] Lots of details about [G] it on the internet, that just sits in there.
That goes on the steel leg, power [Am] supply goes in the end, [G]
and [Am] away [G] to go.
Just plug the hat into your amp, [C] and that into your steel.
[G]

Lovely, [G] nice bit of kit.
Lots of pedals on there.
[Em] I'll be plonking, I'll be, to put it in forward a bit, I'll be standing on them as we play the song.
Will that affect you much?
Nope.
