I learnt it from him years ago and then about six years ago I met him again
and I asked him what it was called and he told me and I was like
I don't know what he's
I [G] can't work out what he's saying at all so I got [N] him to write it down
and I couldn't even read it.
It was about half past three in the morning and to [C] be fair a drink
had been taken by both parties concerned.
Then after that was a tune called Plénier Monsort
and I think a French piper and all-round lovely teddy bear of a man, a guy called Jean Blachard,
I think that he [G] composed it and the [N] last tune was composed by a hurdy-gurdy player a guy called
Gilles Chabonat who's apparently [G] very handsome.
He's a very nice man I've met him.
He's [C] very
handsome and he plays the hurdy-gurdy and he wore his first elbow out playing the hurdy-gurdy.
It's just you know unfortunate really in terms of dedication, [Ab] excessive dedication to playing
hurdy-gurdy but now he's [B] got a titanium one and so there's no stopping him.
