This is kind of a U2 slap back effect.
It's really pretty simple.
It looks like there's a lot going on, but there's not.
It's mostly a right hand technique with your muting.
But the notes you're going to be working on are right here on the 5th fret [Fm] _ and _ _ [Em] the 7th fret.

And [Bb] what you're going to be doing is you're actually going to be playing it with a mute

_ _ So I got about _ 332 on mine for the time.
And then for the mix, you're going to want a full mix all the way so your slap back note
is fully heard.
And for your feedback, _ _ you're going to want that all the way down to zero.
