We, [B]
uh, you know when you stay in a school, a small school for a number of years, you
get to kind of know everybody a little bit.
And, uh, we, uh, when we all met in kindergarten, when all the kids were in kindergarten, he
said, you know, don't you just love your little house on the prairie?
And we were all talking, we just loved it.
And everybody wanted to be [G] Mary, nobody wanted to [F] be Aurora.
And then I bought the, [Am] you know, like the whole CD, [E] DVD set, Egg Cracker Girl.
It would have been nice to see this [A] again.
And I noticed something about the show that I hadn't noticed [D] before, uh, when I watched
it the first time around, and that would be Paul.
[Db] And I said, this show is not for little girls at [F] all.
[E] This show is actually for big girls.
[Eb] And so we decided, [E] uh, just this last year to have a little, uh, little house on the
prairie party for, uh, the [B] episodes where Paul got [G] hurt and had to go see Duff Baker
and take his shirt off.
[C]
[Bm] And, uh, some of my best friends from school came over, and some of the teachers as well.
[Eb] And, uh, Dan actually had stopped by and he was like, what's going on?
And I said, what are you doing in kindergarten?
[Eb] [Gb] And, uh, he had to leave [Ebm] and I said, you know, pretty soon [Bm] Paul's going to fall out of the
tree and [Eb] he's going to be at Duff Baker.
And so when I was walking Dan out to the car, we heard all the [C] ladies scream and sigh.
And Dan said, [D] what just happened?
[E]
Uh, so, you know, when you think [C] about, wow, you know, school can't be that exciting.
Uh, your kids are pretty good at [N] the Waldorf school.
And then, you know what happened after that?
We watched the episode again.
He was working [G] so hard for those girls.
[Gm] [C]
He was working.
He was a good Paul.
He was a real good Paul.
