Hi guys and welcome to this lesson which is A Thousand Years by Christina Perri.

In this one though I'm going to teach you both the instrumental part and the vocal line.
So now I'm going to play a little part first and then I'll tell you exactly how to play it. _ _

_ [Bb] _ _ _ _ Alright, so the left hand is going to play a Bb octave [A] and then an A octave.
[Bb] And the right hand plays F, Bb and D together for three times _ _ and then [F] F, A and C together.
_ [Bb] Okay, you simply combine it like this, you play them together, _ _ right, right, _ [F] together.
_ [Bb] Okay, so like this, _ _ _
_ _ _ _ [F] _ _ _ _
[G] just like that.
Then the left hand plays a G octave [F] and an F octave.
And the right hand will play [Bb] F, Bb and D together again for three times _ _ _
_ and then D, [Gm] F, Bb and [Bb] C right here.
[Gm] Okay, you can model them exactly the same way by playing them together, _ right, _ right, [Bb] together.

Now let's do the entire slide slowly and then we'll take a look at slide two. _ _

_ [Eb] Okay, so right hand and left hand plays an Eb octave [F] and then an F octave.
[Eb] And the right hand plays G, Bb and Eb together for three times. _ _ _ _ _
_ _ [Bb] _ Bb and then F, Bb and D together twice and _ then F, [F] Bb and C together.
_ _ And then you're going to play Bb, [Fm] A, F.
[Eb] Okay, so right is like this,

[A] And again, you can model playing left and [Bb] right together, and then left for five times.
