like Brand New Eyes came out but he was kind of always in the band in fact he was in the
band before I was.
_ We uh, I don't think I've ever told this story before but I'm going
to.
_ _ _ _ When I met the [C#] guys I was like gonna do anything I could to get in the band I thought
I'd try to play bass and then our friend JJ had that covered I was like dang it.

had a singer I was like dang I have a song I think I'm like really good at.

And then
we had our friend Randall singing _ [C#] and uh Randall's cool.
[D] Randall had a really cool voice and
still does have a really cool [F] voice actually I see him every day [B] at the coffee shop that
I go to um every morning and he's always like why do you come here?

It is.
I like mediocre
cafes and um he uh he was in the band long enough to write a song that is now known um
I [F] rewrote the lyrics [A] and melodies sorry Randall.
[Em] It's now known as Conspiracy.

_ But he was also
around for other songs that became other Paramore songs later like Stop This Song and
stuff like that.
And then and so one day I uh I went over to the the Pharaoh's house and me and
Josh and Zach were hanging out and I showed [G] them some like poems that I'd written they're like
those are pretty cool we don't really want to have [C#] a girl in the band but we'll try it out
and um then we went to practice and the [C#] next day we rewrote Conspiracy and [D#] that happened and then
the next day um Josh kicked [D] Randall out over AOL Instant Messenger and then I joined the band. _

Poor Randall he's like the best guy but you know we were kids we were like 12 years old
so [G#] at this point I'm in the band we've written [D#] Conspiracy we're like we're definitely gonna get
a music deal with Tooth and Nail [N] Records or something. _
Aaron was on Tooth and Nail.
Not even
up here but that's what we wanted.
And then um and then Taylor and I got together after school and
we wrote together for the first time ever.
He was 12 years old I think I had just turned 13 and um
we you know we were just a bunch of kids that went to school together that [Fm] liked weird music
[G] and um I I my [D] mom like drove me to [F] Taylor's house and we pulled up to the garage and I was like [C] I
really know this like what if I can't [N] write anything cool and they kicked me out of the
band after one day.
She was like you'll be fine just do your thing and I was like okay
and then I went inside and we _ _ wrote this song pretty quickly.
I'm pretty proud of this because
you know for never having written together we did this pretty we did the thing we did it so this
song um if you don't know it _ _ I hope you like it.
I hope I don't ruin Paramore for you but if you have
heard it please sing it super loud.
