Hello, my name is Russell Nelson here with Music Ministry Now.
Today we're going to cover Israel and New Breed, It's Not Over.
It actually starts off in the [Abm] key of A flat.
Alright, and let's just dive right in.
Let's start with the intro.
[Ab] [Eb]
[Ab] [Eb] Alright, and that's pretty simple.
[B] All you're going to do, I'm actually going to show you your bass hand first and how to get there.
And how we're doing movements.
The bass hand is basically you're going from the 3 to the 5.
Which is C, [Eb] C sharp, and E [Bb] flat.
But I'm going to give you some chords that you're doing there.
And basically all I'm [C] doing is C, the first [Ab] chord is going to be C, [Bb] A flat, B flat.
Next chord is [Db] going to be a C, F, A flat.
[Eb] And then the final chord is going to be E, G, B flat.
Alright, first chord again, C, A [Bb] flat, B flat.
Second chord [Db] is going to be a C sharp, F, A flat.
Final [Eb] chord is going to be E flat, G, B flat.
And then what you're [Bb] going to do, [Eb] alright, and it's just all depending upon your finger and [C] how you want to [Db] chord it up.
[Eb] And simultaneously while [Bb] that's going on in your right hand, all you're going to be doing is going to start off with an A flat.
And then you're going to go to the [Abm] E flat.
So it's A flat, then I like to do two E flats.
[E] And all I'm doing in between there is basically going from A flat to [Eb] B flat.
A flat to B [Abm] flat back to A flat.
Alright,
[Eb] and when you get down to the final note [Bb] there, you're just going to go to A, G.
Alright, so [Abm] it's once again, [D] alright, that's all it is.
And when you put it [Ab] together it's just going to be, [Db]
[Eb] [Db] [Eb]
alright, so [Abm] you can start with the A flat.
And sometimes I start with the E flat.
So honestly it's whichever you choose.
Alright, so together, and I'm just going to show [Bb] you the little walk up that we do.
All I do is when I get to the [Ab] final note, [Eb] all [Db] you're going to do is when you get to that final note,
you're going to do your [Eb] regular E flat chord but throw in the A flat.
So it's going to be E flat, roll into the G, [Ab]
A flat, [Bb] and the B flat.
And from [Ab] here you're going to go A flat, B flat, E flat, [F] F, G, F, [Bb] back to [Eb] the E flat.
So it's going to be, I'm sorry, that's all it is, very simple.
[Ab] Alright, so it's, [Db]
[Eb] [Ab] [Db]
[Eb] alright, that's all it is.
And like I said, you can start off with the [Abm] A flat or you can actually start off with the two E flats before you, [Ab] [Db] alright.
So [Eb] let's get into the song.
The song is pretty [Ab] simple, it starts off, it's not over.
Here we go, it's [Eb] not finished.
[Ab]
[Db] [Bbm] [Eb]
Alright, so let me show you that.
Very simple, all you're going to do in [Ab] your left hand, it's not over, you're going to do a regular A flat,
A [Eb] flat, and I like to throw in the E flat right there just to [Ab] kind of pick it up,
but you can do a regular A flat if you like.
Right hand is going to be A flat, C, E flat.
So it's not over, it's not [Eb] finished, right here.
That chord, very simple.
[G] Left hand you're going to do a G, right hand you're going to do a [Gm] G, B flat, [Eb] and a E flat.
[Ab] Next chord you're going to do an [Gb] F sharp, right hand you're going to
